The house is an old farm house that has had an extension put onto it. When approaching the home you walk up onto a covered porch and into an entry way that has some storage and access to the basement. From there you walk into the kitchen and the rest of the home.

There is a new steel roof, a recently replaced hot water tank that is owned and a newer oil tank. The home is in need of repair and some creativity to bring it up to standard. There are three bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom on the main floor. For bathrooms you have two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one upstairs. The basement is an unfinished space with dirt floor, the basement does have standing room height ceilings where you will find the mechanics for the home.

The extension is a large living room off the kitchen. The living room is heated with a wood stove and has a side door entrance that gives quick and easy access to the detached garage. The kitchen is a large eat in kitchen in the heart of the home. When you walk into the home you can see that is needs work but there is also some major potential for someone to fix it up.
